You study, get a good job, get married, have kids.. and.. yep that's it. Doesn't 90% of the people in this world think like this? Especially when it comes to the indonesian culture. All the people EXPECT you to do all these things or else your life isn't succesful (as they say). Don't get me wrong, I agree with all these stages in life but I just don't believe that life stops there. What if you are happily married with three beautiful kids.. does that mean you don't have any more goals to pursue, except for maybe a promotion at work? Our minds are trapped in boxes because "the world" says we should live this way. "But what's our purpose in life then?" > ask God, get to know Him more. He is a sweet mystery who needs to be figured out. Read the bible, pray more, give MORE time for Him instead of spending hours on things we won't gain anything from. Give your heart and He will reveal Himself to you. Your eyes will be openend. This includes your purpose in this life. God has MUCH more in store for us than what we have in mind. More than we could ever imagine or expect. Are you ready to get more out of life or are you satisfied with what the world puts on your plate? Love, Yin
